Lifting Up Teachers supports teacher training at nine early child development centers serving more than 450 preschool children across San Mateo County. These families face extreme hardships. Homelessness, trauma, and financial instability create a wide range of diverse needs for these children, often requiring additional staff training or specialists. The teachers at Peninsula Family Service are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.
